Answering Legal Announces Release of New App

NESCONSET, N.Y. - Answering Legal, a 24/7 phone answering service that exclusively works with attorneys, today announced the release of a new app for its customers. This addition will allow lawyers using Answering Legal’s service to more simply manage their incoming calls, messages and new client intakes, and do so from a singular location on their mobile device.
Already serving thousands of law firms across the United States, Answering Legal has established itself as the premier answering service choice for the legal community. Their virtual receptionist team is available to answer calls on behalf of attorneys 24/7 and can provide a significant boost to a law office’s lead-capturing efforts. The introduction of Answering Legal’s new app puts attorneys in full control of those lead-capturing efforts and allows for easier communication between lawyers and the Answering Legal staff.

When first opening up the Answering Legal app, users will be presented with an inbox page that will allow them to view all of their firm’s recent messages from one central location.
Through the app, users can also:
- Respond directly to client messages. Upon opening a message from a client, users can easily offer an email, text or phone call response, simply by clicking a button at the bottom of their screen.
- Easily search and sort messages. The messages page of the app includes the ability to look up past messages by keyword and organize messages into folders.
- Receive 24/7 support. Whenever users want to make changes to their account or get help in resolving an account issue, all they need to do is create and submit a ticket to the Answering Legal team. Their matter will in most cases be taken care of within the hour.
Answering Legal hopes that the launch of this app will give lawyers the confidence to do more with their service, and take full control of the day-to-day management of their firms.
