Our Response To COVID-19: We're Giving New Customers 200 Free Minutes

You’ve probably heard the phrase “we’re all in this together” countless times over the past month, and we’re going to say it again, because we really believe it to be true.
We’re all in this together.
Everyone has a role to play in getting us through the ongoing pandemic. For lawyers, it’s providing leadership, knowledge and stability during a time in which the world is facing unprecedented legal issues. For us at Answering Legal, it’s making sure law firms are always able to communicate with new and existing clients, even with their attorneys and staff working from home.
We know many lawyers could use help answering their phones, but that it is difficult to justify paying for any kind of additional service right now, especially with so many courts closed and cases being delayed. That’s why we at Answering Legal have decided to do our part to aid attorneys during this time, and offer 200 free minutes to any lawyer that wants to start using our service.
If after completing a free trial with Answering Legal, you decide to move forward with our service, your first 200 minutes will be absolutely free. It doesn’t matter if you use these minutes over the course of one month or four, they will remain 100% free. And no, you won’t have to pay later. We’re completely covering the bill on this one, because we know it’s the right thing to do.
“We speak with lawyers every day, and we recognize that the legal community as a whole is struggling right now,” said Answering Legal CEO Brooke Shatles. “We knew we couldn’t just sit back and do nothing with so many people continuing to suffer. We’re hoping this offer provides law firms with some much needed short term assistance, and allows them to continue serving their communities without interruption, during a time in which people desperately need legal guidance.”
To get your 200 free minutes of live phone answering, all you need to do is fill out our free trial form or call us at (631)686-9700. If you have specific questions about this offer or our service, book a time to speak with our account executive Chris Ferguson.
More On Our Response To COVID-19
As long as law offices are still getting calls, our virtual legal receptionist team will be there to answer them. For over a month now, Answering Legal’s receptionists have been working from their homes, following the guidelines put forth in New York, where we run our operations from. Since then, our service hasn’t missed a beat, and has continued to serve the legal industry with no interruptions and no limitations.
Our main offices may be closed, but our business will remain open, providing lawyers with the same high quality phone answering service we’ve given them since 2013. Our team still operates on a 24/7 basis, meaning that literally anytime you or your staff can’t get to a call, one of our receptionists will be there to answer it on your behalf. And if your firm’s phone answering needs change as the pandemic continues to evolve, our support team (also working from their homes) is always available to help make adjustments to your account.
Important Information For Lawyers During This Time
Over the past month, our content has been exclusively focused on providing expertise for attorneys, regarding how they should be operating their firms during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Recent projects have included:
- A live webinar, co-hosted by Social Firestarter’s Andrew Stickel, on how to get new clients in a crisis environment. Watch it here or read five key takeaways from the event here.
- Several marketing blog posts, featuring thoughts from long-time attorney Ben Glass and a panel of five industry experts.
- A blog post on five things attorneys can do to make working remotely easier.
And as always, our “Let’s Talk Legal Marketing” discussion groups remain up and running, and free to join. Ask any questions you have about marketing during the pandemic in our Facebook and LinkedIn groups, and you’re likely to get some great feedback.
Final Thoughts
We just wanted to take a moment to say how grateful we are for all the frontline workers and everyone else who has helped keep our country running since this crisis began. For the past month, our company’s owners have been making food donations to the doctors and nurses of our local hospital’s ER room, and we hope all of those in a position to help will consider giving back as well.
The future remains uncertain, but if we all continue to look after each other, we will get through this situation. We hope to hear from many of you soon, so we can get you started with 200 free minutes right away.
