How To Set Up Call Forwarding From a Typical Sprint Cell Phone

How to set up call forwarding on your Sprint cell phone: Follow these simple steps!
Step 1: Using the keypad on your cell phone, dial *72 (do not press call yet.)
Step 2: After dialing *72, enter the 10 digit telephone number you would like your calls forwarded to.
Step 3: Press call and listen/look for a success message from Sprint.
Check To Make Sure Forwarding Is Working Properly
Even if you received a success message from Sprint that your conditional call forwarding was properly activated, you’ll want to call your cell phone using another phone to test that the call forwarding actually works, or you may need to turn off call forwarding and try to forward your calls again.
How To Turn Off Call Forwarding
To turn off call forwarding from your Sprint cell phone, simply punch in *720 and press call. Listen for a successful message stating call forwarding has been deactivated.
Check To Make Sure Settings Are Back To Default
Even if you received a success message from Sprint that your call forwarding was properly deactivated, you’ll want to call your cell phone using another phone to test that the call forwarding was turned off, or you may need to try deactivating call forwarding again.
