Traci Cipriano, JD, PhD, a clinical psychologist and formerly practicing lawyer, is a speaker, executive coach, and consultant, and author of The Thriving Lawyer: A Multidimensional Model of Well-Being for a Sustainable Legal Profession. Her book addresses the many factors influencing well-being, workplace culture and performance, at both the individual and organizational levels, along with practical strategies for taking action.
Dr. Cipriano provides keynotes for large events and leadership retreats. She is a dynamic international speaker, addressing the multitude of issues facing lawyers and leaders—including burnout—by taking a big picture approach to promoting thriving and sustainability in the legal profession.
