Michael Lord has a combination of business, legal, and executive search experience that adds considerable depth to the services he provides. Before founding legal search firm Lord Gurman & Lewis (and its predecessor firm) in 2002, Michael worked for several years at one of New York’s veteran attorney placement firms. He previously was a member of the twelve-person Board of Directors of the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC), the leading trade association in the attorney search industry. Michael is still active in NALSC and is also involved in the New York State and Fairfield County (CT) Bar Associations, the Syracuse University Law Alumni Association, and the Lake Club of Wilton, Connecticut.
