As a personal injury attorney for over 25 years, Tim Semelroth has represented hundreds of Iowans dealing with death or injury due to negligence. He is the first Iowa attorney board-certified in trucking accident law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, and among the first fifty attorneys in the United States to achieve this designation by the NBTA. Tim is a former president for the Iowa chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, former president of the Iowa Association for Justice, and is on the Iowa State Committee of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
