Answering Legal Launches New Podcast: The Legal Intake Experts

Nesconset, NY — August 25th, 2025 — Answering Legal, a leading virtual receptionist and intake solutions provider for law firms, has made a new addition to its podcast network. The Legal Intake Experts podcast is now officially live on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Podcasts and the Answering Legal blog.
The Legal Intake Experts features tips and insight from two of Answering Legal’s top marketing minds, Nick Werker and Tony Prieto. For years, Nick and Tony have helped growing law firms ensure they never miss an opportunity to connect with new leads. Now, they’re pulling back the curtain to share their top strategies for strengthening a law firm’s intake process and converting more new leads into clients.
The debut episode of the show, which is now available to check out, covers the importance of answering calls, the significance of having a well-structured intake script, and how using a CRM can help you keep track of and convert leads.
The Legal Intake Experts is the seventh show to make its debut on The Answering Legal Podcast Network. Answering Legal began its podcasting efforts with a show also hosted by Nick Werker called Everything Except The Law. The podcast, which has now produced over 70 episodes, addresses all of the topics that law firm owners weren’t educated on during their time in law school. New episodes of Everything Except The Law will be returning soon.
The Earley Show, a podcast hosted by attorney Christopher Earley, has also emerged as one of the network’s standout programs. Since its launch in the summer of 2023, Christopher and other standout legal experts have been sharing their secrets to success, and discussing the law office management habits that have allowed their practice to thrive. Expert guests have included John Morgan, John Fisher, Jennifer Gore-Cuthbert and Craig Goldenfarb.
While shows like the ones mentioned above have covered a wide variety of law office management topics, The Legal Intake Experts will provide consistent, in-depth coverage of its core focus: legal intake. Episodes of the show will cover how to handle new leads to your phone both over the phone and over the web, and offer advice on how law firms should go about managing their new client intake processes in an ever evolving legal world.
Nick Werker, often described by Jared Correia as the “hardest working man in legal show business”, serves as one of the show’s featured experts. Nick has been with Answering Legal since its early days, taking on the role of marketing director, and in recent years establishing himself as a leading influencer in the legal space. A natural storyteller, Nick brings a wealth of experience and a passion for sharing, so listeners can expect him to consistently deliver insightful anecdotes throughout the program.
Nick’s co-host Tony Prieto is just breaking into the podcasting world, and enters with a ton of knowledge to share. For over three years he has been the voice of the Answering Legal blog, writing countless posts on how law firms should approach their legal intake. Tony is also a top marketing strategist for the Answering Legal team, and has helped spark tremendous growth for the company during his tenure.
Beyond gaining plenty of actionable tips for their practice, lawyers can also expect to have a lot of fun with this new show. Listeners will hear Nick run through his wide range of character impressions, while Tony showcases his encyclopedic knowledge of movies, food, and other quirky topics. Even Nick’s dog, Alfie, makes the occasional appearance to add to the entertainment.
