1. How does pricing work?
Answering Legal offers flexible plans based on your usage. Pricing is determined by:
- Number of minutes
You’ll receive a detailed quote after a demo or trial. There are no long-term contracts—our service is month-to-month.
2. What are your billing cycles?
We bill on a monthly basis, starting from the day your account goes live. You’ll receive:
- A monthly invoice sent to your registered email
- Automatic payment options via credit/debit card
You can view and update billing info at any time by contacting the billing team. Call us at 631-328-2880 or email [email protected]
3. Can I pause or change my plan?
Yes. We understand that legal practices evolve. You can:
- Pause your service if you’re temporarily unavailable (vacation, trial, etc.)
- Adjust your plan based on call volume or staffing changes
- Upgrade/downgrade with zero penalties
Just contact our support team—we’ll make the changes immediately.
4. What if I go over my minutes?
If you exceed your plan’s minutes:
- We’ll never cut off your service—calls will continue as usual
- You’ll be charged a per-minute overage rate, detailed in your agreement
- You’ll receive notifications if usage is trending high, so you can adjust if needed
We also offer proactive plan reviews to help you avoid surprises.
