How It Works

  • Integrated Calendar Access: During onboarding, you’ll provide access to your existing calendar or scheduling tool. This could be via direct integration or a link to your appointment scheduler (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.).
  • Real-Time Scheduling: After collecting client intake details, the chatbot will display available time slots and allow the client to book directly within the chat interface.
  • Avoids Double-Booking: The chatbot respects your calendar's availability and rules, ensuring no overlapping or unscheduled bookings.
  • Client Confirmation: Once booked, the client receives a confirmation, and the event is added to your calendar with all relevant intake details.

What You Need to Provide

  • Your Calendly Access Token
  • Go to calendly.com, click on Integrations & Apps, go to API & Webhooks, click Generate New Token, give it a name, and send it to the Tech Team at Answering Legal.
