How does call forwarding work with Answering Legal?

Call forwarding allows you to route your phone line to our virtual receptionists so they can answer on your behalf. You control when and how this happens using one of four flexible methods:
- Manual: You toggle call forwarding on or off.
- Time-of-Day: Calls forward automatically based on your schedule.
- Rollover: Calls ring your phone first, then roll over to us if unanswered.
- Total Screen and Transfer: We answer every call, discern the type of call and whether or not you have predetermined you’d like to be alerted when that type of call comes in, call you on another line and give you the option to take the call based on the details, and connect it to you live.
Our team will help you choose and configure the best method for your practice. You can change your forwarding method at any time.
