How does the MyCase integration work?

The MyCase integration syncs new client messages from Answering Legal directly into your Online Leads section in MyCase.
Here’s how it works:
- Our Tech Team sends you a custom activation link.
- After confirming all users are logged out of MyCase on all devices, you log in to MyCase using the link provided and approve the connection.
- The integration becomes live and remains active for 12 months.
- We’ll remind you when it’s time to reauthorize.
Note: Your MyCase account must be on the Pro Plan or higher to use this integration.
