The PracticePanther integration automatically pushes new client messages from Answering Legal into your PracticePanther account. Here’s how it works:

• Our Tech Team sends you a secure activation link.
• You log in to PracticePanther and approve the connection.
• The integration is then live and stays active for 12 months.
• You’ll receive a renewal reminder before it expires.

Once active, all new client messages are synced and stored under the Calls section of the Activities tab in your PracticePanther dashboard.
