What gets synced to Smokeball?

The following data is sent from Answering Legal into Smokeball:

  • Client Contact Info: Name, Phone Number, Email
  • Custom Intake Answers: Your configured intake form responses
  • Where this info appears:
    • Contacts tab: Client details
    • Leads tab: Intake data
    • Tasks and Memos: Full message and intake record

If a lead fails to post as a Lead, it will default into Tasks, ensuring no data is lost.
