Why isn't my lead showing up in MyCase?

Use this checklist:
- Was it a New Client message? Only those are synced.
- Are you checking under Leads > Online Leads?
- Is your MyCase integration active and not deactivated in MyCase settings?
- Is your account on the Pro Plan or higher?
If you still don’t see it:
- Provide the Message ID(s) of the missing lead
- Include a screenshot of what you see in MyCase
We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue promptly.
