Why isn't my lead showing up in MyCase?

Use this checklist:

  • Was it a New Client message? Only those are synced.
  • Are you checking under Leads > Online Leads?
  • Is your MyCase integration active and not deactivated in MyCase settings?
  • Is your account on the Pro Plan or higher?

If you still don’t see it:

  • Provide the Message ID(s) of the missing lead
  • Include a screenshot of what you see in MyCase
