How do I schedule a Legal Video Call?
Published: 07.25.25
Scheduling a Legal Video Call (LVC) is simple and only takes a few steps. Here's what to do:
Step-by-Step
1. Submit a Request
- Use the dedicated scheduling link provided by Answering Legal’s LVC team to request a meeting.
- Choose your preferred date and time. Only 30 minutes' notice is required to set up a call.
2. Confirmation & Calendar Invite
- Once the request is received, the LVC team sets up the meeting.
- You’ll receive a calendar invite titled: “Video Conference: [Client Name] & [Law Firm Name]”
- The invite includes:
- Meeting link (in the location field)
- Call instructions
- Time and duration
- List of participants
3. Join the Call
- At the scheduled time, click the link in your calendar event.
- This takes you to a Pre-Meeting Room where you:
- Enter your name
- Choose your spoken language
- Select microphone, speaker, and camera preferences
4. Need Help?
- If you don’t have the scheduling link or want to coordinate directly, you can also:
- Contact the LVC team through Answering Legal support
- Or schedule via the LVC demo link if available to you
