How can I get set up on the Answering Legal Mobile App?

Getting started with the Answering Legal mobile app is quick and simple. Follow these steps to set up your account:

1. Download the App

Search for "Answering Legal" in your mobile app store:

  • iOS (Apple devices): App Store
  • Android (Google devices): Google Play

2. Activate Your Account

After your onboarding, we’ll email you an activation link. Click the link to:

  • Create your password
  • Log in using the email you provided during onboarding

If you haven’t received your link, contact our Tech Team and we’ll resend it.

3. Enable Notifications

To make sure you never miss a lead:

  • Tap “Allow Notifications” when prompted on your first login
  • Or go to your phone’s Settings > Notifications > Answering Legal to manage preferences

4. Add Staff Members (Optional)

Want others at your firm to use the app too?

  • Just send us their name and email address
  • We’ll send each person their own activation link and login access
