The Answering Legal Mobile App is designed to give attorneys and their staff real-time access to new messages and client activity from anywhere. Here’s how it works:

When our receptionist team answers a call for your firm, the app sends a push notification to your phone with:
- The caller’s name (if available)
- Phone number
- A summary of the message taken
This ensures you’re instantly in the loop, even when you’re away from your desk.
Message Inbox
All messages are:
- Time-stamped
- Searchable by name or keyword
- Automatically organized into folders (e.g., New Clients, General Calls, Court Calls)
You can also archive old messages to keep your inbox clean.
Instant Outreach
Tap to:
- Call the lead back
- Send a text message
- Email them—all directly from within the app
This speeds up your response time and helps convert leads faster.
Multi-User Access
Your team can request individual logins so multiple staff members can monitor messages and follow up with clients.
Built-In Support
If you have a tech issue or question, you can submit a support request directly from the app. Our team will get in touch ASAP.
