Before our attorney could capture clients 24/7, Tom Lawyer had to get started with Answering Legal.
Luckily, setup was easy. During his free trial signup call, Tom Lawyer explained that he needed different intake protocols for each of his practice areas, messages sent to him and his paralegal, and a custom greeting. Our account specialists noted everything down and our expert setup team established his account as exactly what he wanted before he started his free trial!

Every aspect of your service is customizable, from the greeting to the message and all the way to integrations with your legal software.
Same-day setup
We can be answering your phones as soon as the same day you speak with our account specialist, if you’re able to forward your calls immediately.
Change anytime
During your free trial and afterward, you can change any of your custom settings by calling our support team at (631) 686-9700, emailing us at [email protected], or submitting a ticket online or in your Answering Legal App!

Do I have to set anything up myself?
Just call forwarding, and we’ll walk you through it! We handle everything else on our end, and we’ll have your custom settings available as soon as possible.
How long is the free trial?
Our free trial is 400 minutes of answering or 14 days of coverage, whichever comes first. During the free trial, you’ll get access to all of our features and custom settings.
Is Answering Legal really 100% customizable?
We really are. We own our call center software, and have built it to be as flexible as possible. Plus, with our software integrations, we can make sure we fit into your workflow perfectly.
